A G+4 residential building on a corner plot in Mahamayatala, Garia. The elevation uses a bright rhythm of yellow, terracotta and white panels to break down the scale of the façade, with balconies and projecting bays catching the morning light.
Our scope ran from planning and building design through to 3D elevation studies and cost estimation.
